How to place an order?

• select the item you are interested in, specify the color, size, engraving (optional) and a gift box (optional), then add it to the cart. To place an order, you should fill in your personal information, specify the exact place for engraving (if needed) and additional requests in notes section, choose payment and delivery methods. Our manager will contact you to confirm the order and hammer out the details. 

What is the processing time for my order? 

• Average delivery time within the territory of Ukraine is 1-3 business days. The delivery time may be extended due to force majeure circumstances or other reasons beyond our control.

What is the turnaround time? 

• The turnaround time is up to 1 day from the date of order placement.

How can I choose the right size?

• The belts’ length in the size chart corresponds to the clothes size. You should choose the length (size) in accordance with the clothes size of belt’s future owner. 

I cannot decide on the size, is it possible to shorten the belt in case it’s too long? 

• Yes, it is possible for belts with clamp buckles. In case the belt (with clamp buckle) you’ve bought is too long you can easily shorten it by yourself.

Which material do you use?

• Our belts and accessories are crafted from genuine leather produced in Italy. 

Do you belts come unstuck? 

• No, our belts are made of solid layer leather cloth (we don’t use any glue).
