We seek to completely satisfy the demands of our customers concerning products quality and shopping process. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order or you have received an item that does not conform to your expectations, you can return the product within 14 days of delivery. Leather items with personalized engravings are not subject to refund. Only a buyer has the right to return the product, but not a person who received it as a present. 

Refund is done within 3 days after the item is delivered back to the seller. 

The buyer has the right to exchange or return purchased items within 14 days provided that:

• there are no personalized engravings;
• there is no evidence of use;
• returned product is in its original condition and packaging;

 Exchange (both ways) and return shipping fee is paid by a buyer.
